PlayStation has zero customer service
PlayStation has zero customer service. They give you a bot and put you in a page loop. Now because of high wait times they are non contactable. Company is treating its customers like trash

Support is worthless
I purchased a minecraft dlc and it never downloaded. When you try calling support it says the call volumes are too high and hangs up. I had my wife call because I work all day and they told her that they couldn't process the return for her because she wasn't the owner. Finally got ahold of them and they tell me they can't give me a refund even though they can see the dlc was never downloaded and they couldn't help me download it.

My PlayStation 4 Pro Is A Problem!!!
My PlayStation 4 Pro Is a Problem That PlayStation Refuses To Acknowledge, Or Help With. When searching, Or Watching the Internet. It Will Tell Me, When I Have 2.5 TB Free On An External 4TB Memory Card. That "I Don't Have Enough Memory to Function. Would I Like Reload This Page?" PlayStation Phone Lines Are All Automated can Not Speak To A Person. I As A Loyal Customer Have Been Abandoned By PlayStation, Unless I Am Willing To Buy A New System. PlayStation Does NOT Care. Xbox Is A Retro Play System. I Would Buy X-Box Again! Not sony. I Would Love To keep this PlayStation I Have Going If PlayStation Would Help, But They Are Neglagent. No Error Code So They Claim It Is Not Happening. The Disney, Hulu, And Max Channels Will NOT Work Either With PlayStation's Deceptive Practices. I BOYCOTT Anything, Sony. Better Off Burning the Money I Would Have Spent On Sony Trash!!! My Review Would Be A Negative 10 Stars, Warning People Don't Try To Do Business With Them. You Will Be At A $600.00 Loss. Instead of Using That For An New X-Box.

DISCUSTING PLAYSTATION
I am discussted in PlayStation ,I was double charged for a game ,bought through a gift card then charged to my bank as well 10 days later ..I have contacted them and they beat around the bush saying I bought the game and the dlc pack when I only made one purchase and ,they say the game was $59 and the dlc pack was 0$ but they took my gift card wich was $50 then $59 out of my bank as well !! What kind of people are working there when it’s plain to see ….so angry ,discussing of you playstation

Trying to get refund
My son bought a zombies pack for call of duty 4 and it will not let him play it I've tried to get ahold of somebody for a week now straight garbage shouldn't take that long to get a refund

Absolutely awful. PlayStation = scummy company
Absolutely awful. They are impossible to contact. Every single time I try and call it says they are busy. Their number is hard to find in the first place, I could only locate it in a WikiHow article on how to contact customer support. I also can’t contact anyone via their chat service, it says literally every time that they are too busy. My PS Plus extra membership got charged for a whole other year, I try to contact them two days after to reverse it because I had no idea it was renewing. No one answers. Okay, let’s see if canceling it allows it to be refunded, or at least prorated for the 360 days left. No, you can only cancel the renewal for next year. And all I can do is leave this review that probably no one will say. I hate, hate, hate PlayStation as a company now and think they’re a scummy company for doing this.

Horrible service - all scripted responses and no help or options
Had my account hacked. Was not able to sign in - and any attempt to get a new password through email never worked. I clicked the link to get an email over 20 times today alone - and no email gets to me. Called and spent an hour on the phone with customer service - and they have no options - other than to wait 24-48 hours for an email after they investigate further. Talked with a manager and she said same thing... she said this is the only option. I said - that is no option. you are keeping me out of my account for another couple days - when every other company in the US just sends a new link and you can change your password. This is after they verify that its my account! I said - how bout you do something for the days and hours I've wasted trying to get this resolved and she said no. Great gaming system, great games - horrible horrible customer service and total waste of time. Makes me consider getting an Xbox.

I have been locked out of my account…
I have been locked out of my account for a month now and every time I try and call to get it resolved the automated phone service says they are experiencing higher than normal call volume and to try back later. I have been calling everyday for a month and it says that every time. Also I tried talking to the bot they have on their website and the bot just says it can’t help me and I need to call.

2step verification login is a joke
I was logged out of my account after switching WiFi. I can't get logged back in because of the 2step verification, a code isn't being sent to my phone. There is no option to select resend code like their website tells you. I've been trying to contact playstation support for a week, but everytime I try they are receiving high amount of calls and their system hangs up on me. The live chat robot is no help and when it trys to connect me to an agent, again they are receiving high volume of calls and I get no help. My playstation is basically a paper weight right now.

Horrible support
I've been trying to get my hacked account back for years and years. I thought I was getting somewhere these past months but it's just constant questions and then delays in responces and unclear instructions and communication. Lost over £1000 and years of progress on this account and highly doubt I'll ever get it back due to PSN customers support being deylayed, unclear, not friendly, not communicating and overall being terrible. Honestly probably the worst customer support I've ever experienced. Replys take weeks from PSN and when I do get emails they are extremely unclear. Better off using PC and not playstation.

Bought a game for £19 checked my bank…
Bought a game for £19 checked my bank they charged me £70. It downloaded an other game which I didn’t ask for and can’t get refund as it automatically downloaded it. So I paid £70 for a £20 game. Can’t get in touch with them what a horrible company.

Trash website, worse support
The website is absolute trash, it's hard to contact their support and they have no clue how to moderate their online chat properly while it should be fairly simple with some words or sentences that should just be banned from saying.. Also, you could end up a victim if someone harasses you, overall for such a large company, very disappointing handling of misbehaviors.

They charged my card without warning
They charged my card as subscription auto renewal without any heads-up. Good businesses send an email like "hey, your subscription renewal is soon" or even " thank you for renewal", nothing. They just sneakily charged my card and now 14 days refund period passed. I only saw that when I was looking through my expenses. They must be that desperate to resort to such tricks. Shame on you playstation!
